Houston’s own Stuart Adams, a senior at Kinder HSPVA, formed the Collective with the intent of introducing young jazz musicians to the Houston jazz scene. Through collaboration, Stuart and his band have put together a genre defying sound, taking inspiration from the likes of Miles Davis, Robert Glasper and Erykah Badu.
